- •Confirmed diagnosis of Mast cell activation syndrome according to the diagnostic criteria proposed by Afrin et al. 2020
- •Prior clarification and informed, written consent

- •Inability to give informed and written consent
- •Inability to follow the oral instructions of the QST
- •Contraindications for use of QST: Skin and soft tissue diseases, pregnancy, breastfeeding
