•(1) Five stages of chronic kidney disease;
•(2) Aged between 18 and 80 years;
•(3) Regular hemodialysis (3 times a week, 4 hours each time), more than 3 months;
•(4) Regular use of drugs to correct complications, such as renal anemia, metabolic acidosis and renal osteopathy;
•(5) HAMD score of depression scale is over 10;
•(6) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to GanYuPiXu.

•(1) Temporary dialysis for acute renal failure or chronic renal failure with reduced frequency or detachment from dialysis;
•(2) Acupuncture points include limb absence, vascular access, hemangioma, scar, rash, etc.;
•(3) Severe complications of dialysis, such as acute cerebrovascular disease, acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure, coagulation dysfunction, fracture, etc.;
•(4) Acupuncture was given within 2 weeks before treatment;
•(5) Antidepressants have been used within 2 weeks before treatment;
•(6) Take traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Chinese patent medicine for GanYuPiXu within 2 weeks before treatment;
•(7) Language or mental retardation, unable to answer and fill out questionnaires smoothly;
•(8) Reproductive women without contraception, pregnant and lactating women.
