- •Subjects of either gender aged between 20 to 60 years

- •Burn wounds
- •Wounds with history of Malignancy, Gangrene, Tuberculolous wounds, Syphilitics wound.
- •Systemic diseases which interfere in the course of treatmrnt like uncontrolled Diabetes Millitus, HIV, Hypertention
