入选标准
- •Histopathologically confirmed cases of reticular and atrophic-erosive OLP .
排除标准
- •1.Patients with associated systemic diseases such as hepatic/ renal disorders, AIDS, tuberculosis, chronic alcoholics, pregnant women, patients taking antibiotics, NSAIDS and previously treated oral cancer and patient having history of chewing tobacco chewing / smoking etc.
- •2.Other oral lesions which mimic Oral Lichen Planus such as Lichenoid Reaction (diagnosed by taking history, clinical presentation and histopathology)will be excluded from the study.
- •3.Patients with clinical appearance of reticular and atrophic-erosive OLP who do not give consent for biopsy and are not ready to participate in the study.
