- •1) Age (over the age of 18+)
- •2) Body weight shame (score greater than 2 on the body weight shame scale)
- •3) Obesity (as measured through body mass index)

- •1) Currently under going mental health treatment (pharmaceutical or psychotherapy).
- •2) Unable to commit to session times.
- •3) If inclusion criteria is not met.
