入选标准
- •Children of both sexes in the age group of 3 to 12 years with
- •Major criteria (3 of 4 must be met):
- •Chronic or chronically relapsing dermatitis
- •Typical morphology and distribution
- •Personal or family history of atopic disease (asthma, allergic rhinitis, AD)
- •Minor criteria:
- •Ichthyosis/hyperlinear palms/keratosis pilaris
- •Elevated serum IgE
- •Early age of onset
- •Pruritis when sweating
- •Food hypersensitivity
- •White dermographism or delayed blanch to cholinergic agent
排除标准
- •1.K/C/O Scabies
- •2.H/O Contact dermatitis
- •3.H/O Seborrheic Dermatitis
- •4.H/O Psoriasis
- •5.K/C/O Secondary Bacterial Infections
- •6.K/C/O Furunculosis
- •7.K/C/O Neurodermatitis
- •8.Any other serious illness
