入选标准
- •(1) Registered nurses who are employed as full-time staff nurses at Seoul National University Hospital, have worked for more than 3 months and less than 1 year at the time of recruitment, and are currently working in the Children's Hospital.
- •(2) Nurses who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate.
排除标准
- •(1) Nurses who have previous work experience at a tertiary general hospital before being employed by the current hospital after graduation from nursing school.
- •(2) Nurses who do not provide direct patient care (e.g., nurses working in diagnostic or examination units).
