入选标准
- •Patients with histologically proven metastatic (colorectal) cancer whose prognosis quad vitam is likely to be longer than 2 years.
- •patients that responded well to first line palliatieve treatment with chemotherapy, and opt for treatment-holiday.
排除标准
- •Patients with persistent severe toxicities due to recent chemotherapy
- •Patients with recent (within 6 months of start of study) cardiovasculair events
- •Patients with severe cognitieve impairment
- •Patients with severe psychiatric illness
