入选标准
- •Adult patients (aged =18 years) who underwent major cardiac (coronary artery bypass grafting, valvular surgery, or thoracic aortic surgery) or gastrointestinal surgery
排除标准
- •Exclude patients diagnosed with depression (F32, F33), dementia (F00, F01, F02, F03, G30, G31), mild cognitive impairment (F06.7, R41), Parkinson's disease (G20, G21), or cerebrovascular disease (I60, I61, I62, I63, I64, I65, I66, I67, I68, I69, G45, G46) within 5 years prior to surgery.
- •Exclude patients newly diagnosed with dementia (F00, F01, F02, F03, G30, G31) within 365 days after the surgery date.
- •Exclude patients who underwent another surgery during the follow-up period.
- •Exclude patients with missing values in covariates.
