•1. Patients who are diagnosed with gynecological cancer from the results of a pathological biopsy that has been read by a pathologist, including ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer vulvar cancer, choriocarcinoma, vaginal cancer and fallopian tube cancer, etc., and patients must be aware that they have been diagnosed with cancer.
•2. Patients who have undergone treatment such as surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Or patients who receive combined treatment and complete treatment for 6 months or more.
•3. Patients receiving treatment at Srinagarind Hospital Khon Kaen University.
•4. Patients who are older than or equal to 18 years old.

•1. Patients who do not consent to participate in research.
•2. Patients whose disease has progressed or who have severe pain, fatigue, or discomfort from the disease.
•3. Pregnant patients.
•4. Patients with cancer other than gynecological cancer.
•5. Patients receiving systemic hormonal therapy.
•6. Patients with a history of venous thromboembolism.
•7. Patients who a doctor has diagnosed as having a psychological disease.
•8. Patients who cannot read and write Thai or do not understand Thai.
•9. Patients who have never had sexual intercourse or have no sexual partners during that time.
