入选标准
- •1. Age between 18-70 yr.
- •2. All consenting patients presenting to surgery OPD in a given duration of time with evidence of inguinal hernia
排除标准
- •1.Recurrent hernia
- •2.Previous lower abdominal surgery
- •3.Unable to participate in follow up
- •4.ASA more than 3
- •5.Hernia with complications like obstructed, irreducible and strangulated.
- •6.Patient unfit for laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.
- •7.BMI >35 kg/m2
- •8.Patient with the seropositive status of HIV, HBsAg, and anti HCV
