入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patient of both genders between age group of 20 to 60 years.
- •2.Hemorrhoids of 1st , 2nd , 3rd degree.
- •3.Patients having 1 or 2 hemorrhoidal mass.
- •4.Patients with primary hemorrhoids.
排除标准
- •1.Hemorrhoids with hereditary causes, birth defects, anatomical changes due to surgery, injury etc.
- •2. Hemorrhoids associated with other ano-rectal/colon condition like fissure, fistula-in-ano, sinus, abscess, pre diagnosed cases of malignancy, ulcerative colitis, polyps, vascular anomalies, portal hypertension will be excluded.
- •3. Physiological conditions like pregnancy.
- •4. Hemorrhoids that are thrombosed, strangulated, prolapsed rectum will be excluded.
- •5. Depending upon the position and degree, 4th degree hemorrhoids, secondary hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids will be excluded.
