入排标准
入选标准
- •Diagnosis of ESKD confirmed by medical records
- •On haemodialysis for at least 6 monthsÂ
- •Receive dialysis at least twice weekly with minimum of 3 hours per session
- •Has not received any structured psychological interventions in last 6 months
- •Living in Delhi or NCR (feasible for weekly follow-up). If follow up is not feasible in physical form due to COVID-19, online sessions would be taken for the patients.
- •Willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent
排除标准
- •History of Psychosis/ Intellectual Disability /Dementia/ Cognitive impairment preventing participation in study.
- •Comorbid serious medical illness as defined by treating physician preventing participation in study.
- •Current symptoms suggestive of severe depression (DASS < 21) or anxiety (DASS < 15)
- •Individuals taking psychotropic medicationsÂ
- •History of substance use disorder (except tobacco dependence) as per medical records.
- •Unwilling or unable to give consent or refusal to be randomised.
