入选标准
- •1.Elective non cardiac surgery
- •2.Patients of either sex
- •3.Age=18 years and =65 years.
- •4.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) I-III.
- •5.BMI=30kg/m2.
排除标准
- •Refusing to participate in study
- •ASA greater than IV
- •Obese BMI greater than or equal to 30kg/m2
- •Significant cardiovascular disease
- •Echocardiographic views not obtainable
- •History of myocardial infarction
- •History of low Ejection fraction or poor cardiac contractility
- •Patients on inotrope or vasodilator infusions
- •Arrhythmias
- •Modified Allen’s test negative
- •Any neurosurgical case with risk of increased Intracranial Pressure with Passive Leg Raise
- •Patients of abdominal compartment syndrome
- •Pregnant female
