- •a) Patients with the primary diagnosis of cancer who are treated or were treated in the University Hospital Freiburg because of cancer, who speak German and who have given written consent to participate.
- •b) Participants in self-help groups on the subject of cancer who are treated or were treated in the University Hospital Freiburg because of cancer, who speak German and who have given written consent to participate.

- •Minors, participants with language barriers, very low life expectancy, severe psychiatric diseas or assessment as not able to agree”.
