- •Patients with symptoms like pain and/or stiffness of the back, pain over the front of the thigh etc;Willing to give the blood samples for the investigation,Willing to take radiological investigations,Willing to sign the informed consent form

- •Patients with Spondylolisthesis,Ankylosing spondylitis,Spina bifida, Tuberculosis, Hypertension,Diabetes mellitus,Cardiac disease,Renal disease,osteomyelitis,Pregnant and lactating women,With severe or terminal illness like CA or HIV,Not willing to give blood samples for the investigation
