- •? Aged 35-45
- •? chorinic fatigue
- •? Chalder Fatigue Scale over 15points
- •? Mibyung Scale over 14points
- •? careerman
排除标准
- •? primary sleep disorder (Sleep Apnea, Narcolepsy)
- •? depression over 5 years
- •? having a fatal history causing chronic fatigue
- •? having a mental illness causing chronic fatigue
- •? having a medicine history for example antihypertensive, antidepressants,narcotic,antihistaminic
- •? no fatigue in questionnarie test
- •? have treated within a month by medicine or oriental medicine
- •? pregnant women , nursing mothers and who are planning a pregnancy within 6 months
- •? night duty , shiftwork
- •? taking medication that may affect the clinical study or people who didn't follow clinical compliance
- •? recent characters participated in another clinical trial within 3 months
