- •Trauma, tumour or deformity of upper airway
- •Patients with thyroid and neck swelling
- •Fracture and deformity of cervical spine
- •Past history of difficult intubation
- •Difficult mouth opening with inter- incisor gap of less than 3cm
- •BMI > 35kg/m2
