- •Aged at least 18 years
- •On PIs-based regimens as a second-line ART treatment
- •Virologically suppressed in past 6 months
排除标准
- •Previous exposure to any INSTIs
- •Documented ASCVD or disease required lipid-lowering agent
- •On lipid-lowering agent
- •eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m2
- •Hypothyroidism
- •Cirrhosis CTP B or C
- •On thiazide, loop diuretic, glucocorticoids, calcineurin inhibitors, danazol, vitamin A
- •Oral contraceptive pill
- •Hormonal replacement therapy
