- •(1) Target patients
- •Patients with hematopoietic malignancies who visited HOME CARE CLINIC N-CONCEPT and joint research institutions between January 1, 2008 and February 28, 2022 are eligible.
- •(2) Selection criteria
- •1.Subjects who have a definitive diagnosis of hematopoietic malignancies and have performed home-visit treatment at HOME CARE CLINIC N-CONCEPT or a joint research institution
- •(2) Those who do not refuse to participate in this study

- •Exclusion criteria
- •(1) Subjects with unconfirmed diagnosis of hematopoietic malignancies
- •(2) Patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as research subjects
