入选标准
- •Subjects with non specific low back pain with hamstring tightness.
- •Positive sit and reach test(scale reading less than zero).
- •Subjects without radiculopathy
- •Subjects willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Specific causes of low back pain (PIVD, spondylosis, stenosis, space occupying lesion etc.)
- •Subjects with history of any recent surgery, trauma, fracture, dislocation in spine, hip and knee joint within 1 year.
- •Diagnosed neurological disorders related to spine.
- •Contraindications to HMP
- •Contraindications to IFT
