- •Patients fulfilling all the features of Rotterdamââ?¬•s criteria diagnosed as PCOS.
排除标准
- •Based on history and clinical records
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ H/O smoking
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Diabetes mellitus
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Hyperprolactinemia
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Congenital adrenal hyperplasia
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Androgen-secreting tumors
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Thyroid disorders
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Cushing syndrome (1 mg dexamethasone suppression test)
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Infectious diseases
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Hypertension
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Hepatic or renal dysfunction.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Usage within 3 months before enrollment confounding medications, including oral contraceptive agents, antilipidemic drugs, hypertensive medications, and insulin-sensitizing drugs
