- •Patients with first diagnosis of gastric cancer, preoperative tumorstaging UICC uT1b-uT4 uN0-3, uM0,
- •preoperative tumorconference consens,
- •ASA ECOG <2,
- •patient agreement
排除标准
- •other carcinoma, except CIS cervix uteri and dermatologic tumors in early stages and cured carcinoma with a period of at least 10 year recurrence free survival,
- •participation in other studies,
- •non complience
