- •18-70 years
- •elective total hip replacement or total knee replacement surgery under regional anaesthesia
排除标准
- •ASA III-1V
- •Known hypersensitivity to any of the drug under study
- •Renal or hepatic insufficiency,
- •History of asthma, chronic pain, recent gastro duodenal ulcer, coagulopathy,
- •Previous cerebral vascular accident history
- •Recent myocardial infarction (within 1 year)
