- •1.The presence of absolute contraindication to spinal or epidural technique
- •2.Known case of allergic airway disorders
- •3.Failed spinal.
- •4.Height <5feet and >6 feet
- •5.BMI >30
- •6.Cognitive or psychiatric disturbances
- •7.Spinal deformities
- •8.Patients who have undergone spine surgeries in the past.
- •9.Surgery duration extending beyond 150 minutes
