入排标准
入选标准
- •Weight: 40-100 kg
- •Height: 140-180 cm
- •ASA- I / II
- •Absence of liver, renal, respiratory, intestinsal, cardio-vascular, CNS diseases
排除标准
- •Intra-operative blood loss > 1200 ml
- •Spinal Induced Hypotension > 50%
- •Initial SBP < 100 mg of Hg
- •ASA- III/IV
- •Prolong surgery > 3 hours
- •Any contra-indication to spinal anaesthesia
- •Failure or inadequate SAB
- •Presence of any systemic disease
- •Patient not willing to participate
