入选标准
- •Patients aged 18-60 years who were scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia and duration of the surgery were about 1-3 hr.
- •ASA physical status 1 to 2
- •Consent to the research by signing an informed consent form
排除标准
- •Patients who have URI symptoms
- •Patients with Asthma
- •History of allergy to ketamine
- •Patients with BMI>30 kg/m2
- •Patients who were predicted difficult intubation
- •Consent withheld or withdrawn
