- •Adult patients with radial styloid tenosynovitis, aged between 20 and 70 years, based on a combination of the history (radial side wrist pain over the radial styloid), physical examination (Finkelstein test, Eichhoff test and WHAT test). The inclusion criteria for surgery consisted of failed conservative treatment after treatment of 3 months (patients still having persistent clinical pain).
排除标准
- •Patients who had pregnancy, bilateral wrist pain, history of cervical spondylosis with or without radiating pain, fractures of upper extremity, and who had systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, and rheumatoid arthritis were not included in the study.
