- •1.All Patients with bilateral fused hips (complete loss of movement and, x-rays showing complete loss of joint space and trabeculae passing from the acetabulum to the head of the femur due to Ankylosing Spondylitis requiring Total Hip Arthroplasty
- •2.Patients giving consent for the study
排除标准
- •1.Unilateral fused hip
- •2.Surgically arthrodesed hips
- •3.Fused hips due to heterotrophic ossification
- •4.Previous history of any surgery to the hips
- •5.One fused hip and hip replacement prosthesis in the other
- •6.Refusal to participate in the study
