The findings confirmed that the peak value and peak time of AIF used for the analysis of CBCTP affect the analysis values. If the peak time of AIF is delayed, the analysis results may be misinterpreted. Hence, the AIF used for CBCTP analysis should be based on a healthy vessel with no delay or dispersion of blood flow.

- •2) Patients themselves or their substitutes agreed and signed to participate the study

- •1)Patients with declined kidney function (eGFR<45)
- •2)Patients with potential allergy for contrast medium
