This study is  prospective interventional single group study aiming to study the effect of healthy bladder habits and pelvic floor muscle training on urinary incontinence in women 50 and above. the intervention program will last for 6 weeks with outcome being assessed at baseline ( i.e. before intervention on day 1) and after intervention( after 6 weeks)·

入选标准

  • 1 Age more than 50 years 2 Gender Female Normal cognitive function MOCA more than and equal to 26 3 QUID scores Stress scores more than and equal to 4 for Stress Urinary Incontinence SUI and Urge scores more than and equal to 6 for Urge Urinary Incontinence (UUI).

排除标准

  • 1 Any other diagnosed orthopedic neurological Psychiatric condition 2 Previous surgery for urinary incontinence.

• Michigan Incontinence symptom index (M-ISI).

时间窗: The intervention consists of 6 weeks protocol. first 1-2 weeks focuses the training in supine next 3-4 training in supine and sitting and last 5-6 weeks focusees the training in supine sitting and standing. | outcome measure is administred pre intervention ( baseline) and post intervention ( after 6 weeks)

• Incontinence quality of life (IQOL)
