- •Children, aged 2-18 years, with acute asthma who require at least two doses of bronchodilators at the emergency department.
排除标准
- •1. Dyspnoea due to other causes than asthma;
- •2. Patients with a concurrent chronic pulmonary disease, such as CF, BPD;

Efficacy of peripherally targeted inhaled rhDNase for persistent obstructive asthma in childhoodAsthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder in which many cells play a role, in particular mast cells, eosinophils and T lymphocytes. In susceptible individuals this inflammation causes recurrent episodes of wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness and cough.
