- •1.Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia.
- •2.Belonging to ASA class I.
排除标准
- •1.History of cardiovascular diseases e.g. hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, conduction defects, etc.
- •2.History of compromised renal / hepatic / neuronal functions.
- •3.Pregnant or lactating women.
- •4.Patient on any drug affecting cardiovascular parameters e.g. calcium-channel blockers, β-blockers, magnesium sulphate etc.
