- •Patients receiving (partial) inpatient psychiatric treatment, or those attending psychiatric outpatient clinics (Psychiatrische Institutsambulanzen) within six months after discharge from an inpatient setting,
- •with a diagnosis of severe mental illness (SMI): schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, severe depression, or emotionally unstable personality disorder.
