- •- individuals with significant minor resilience (1 standard deviation below average)
- •- individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental disorder within the past 12 months
- •- individuals who are on a waiting list for a psychotherapy, are currently in treatment or have experienced psychotherapeutic treatment in the last 12 months
- •- Current or lifelonging psychotic or bipolar disorder
- •- individuals with high suicide risk
