- •Patients aged 18-60 years, requiring intubation or re-intubation and mechanical ventilation in the ICU with an expected ventilation duration of more than 48 h and non-pregnant patients will be eligible.
排除标准
- •Patients who had a previous tracheal injury
- •Age <18 yrs and > 60 yrs
- •Expected ventilation duration of less than 48 h
- •Pregnant patient
- •Patient admitted after cardiac arrest
- •Patient intubated other than Suction Above the Cuff Endotracheal Tube (SACETT)
