- •1. Clinical diagnosis of superficial dermatophyte infection of skin and hair confirmed by KOH smear
- •2.Lesion number has to be two or more if previously untreated
- •3.Single lesion disease with a past history of poor/ incomplete response to any form of antifungal treatment (topical or oral).
排除标准
- •1.Unwilling patients or parents
- •2.Serious disease
- •3.Presence of onychomycosis
- •4.Contraindication to griseofulvin or fluconazole
- •5.Liver and kidney functional disorder
