- •History of inferior heel pain for atleast 3 months
- •Pain on palpation of the medial calcaneal tubercle
- •Participants who are willing to participate in study
- •Plantar heel pain that increases in the morning with the first step after waking up
- •Symptoms decreasing with slight levels of activity
排除标准
- •Below 19 years of age and above 40 years of age
- •History of systemic diseases
- •Prior heel surgery
- •Red flags to manual thrapies
- •Diagnosis of fibromyalgia syndrome
