- •4)Surgery â?? lower abdominal surgeries
排除标准
- •1)Refusal to consent.
- •2)Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •3)Skin Infection at the site of block.
- •4)BMI >30.
- •5)Pre-existing neuropathy involving lower limb.
- •6)Inability to comprehend VAS pain assessment score.
- •7)ASA III and ASA IV
