入选标准
- •ASA grade I, II and III
- •Patients scheduled for upper limb surgeries
- •Elective surgeries/ Emergency Surgeries
- •Consent from patients
排除标准
- •ASA IV and V
- •Patient refusal
- •Patient having pre-existing cardiac, neurological or respiratory disease
- •Local infection/ inflammation
- •Patient having coagulopathy or patients on anticoagulant therapy
- •Contralateral lung injury and rib fracture
- •Pre-existing neuropathy involving surgical limb
- •History of allergy to local anaesthetic
- •Patient with history of peptic ulcer disease, hepatic or renal failure
- •Systemic use of corticosteroids for 2 weeks or longer within 6 months of surgery
