入选标准
- •1. Thai patients who suspected to coronary heart disease and planned undergoing coronary angiography at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital
- •2. Thai patients who are competent to give informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •2. History of hypersensitivity to clopidogrel ticagrelor หรืภprasugrel
- •3. The patients who had shock, liver failure, severe infection, renal failure, or retain in emergency unit
- •4. The patients who had bleeding disorder, history of gastrointestinal
- •bleeding, thrombocytopenia
- •5. Receiving treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) except low dose aspirin (equal or less than 81 mg)
- •6. Serum creatinine more than 2.5 mg/dl
- •7. Participation in any other clinical trials within 30 days
