- •- Initial diagnosis of histologically confirmed glottic laryngeal carcinoma of the Stages T1a/b or T2
- •- Curative intention to treat
- •- Informed and written consent

- •- Age <18 years
- •- Non-existent or limited legal capacity
- •- Past head and neck cancer with surgical and / or conservative Treatment
- •- Pre-existing limitations / limitations independent of the tumor in speech and swallowing function
