入选标准
- •1. Patients with a diagnosis of Schizophrenia based on diagnostic criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder, 5th edition
- •2. Patients aged 18-59 years
- •3. Patients giving written consent to participate in protocol
- •4. Patients fulfilling criteria of Treatment resistant schizophrenia according to Modified Kane’s criteria
排除标准
- •1. Patient is uncooperative for procedure
- •2. Active substance use disorder(except caffeine and tobacco) or any other current psychiatric comorbidity
- •3. Implanted metal or cerebral devices in head and neck
- •4. History of unprovoked seizures, intracranial neoplasms or intracranial surgery, or history of severe head injury or cerebrovascular disease
- •5. Patients having significant unstable medical condition like uncontrolled hypertension, complicated diabetes mellitus, etc
- •6. Patients receiving ECT in last 6 months
