- •Participants with age of 18-60 years.
- •Participants with systolic blood pressure 120-139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 80-89 mmHg.
排除标准
- •Participants on anti-hypertensive medications.
- •Participants with history of any cardio-vascular disease.
- •Participants with impaired renal or hepatic functions.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
