- •1.Patient scheduled for elective Total knee replacement surgery with American society of anaesthsiologist (ASA) physical status grade 1 and 2
- •2.patient willing to give informed consent
- •3.patient with Age between 35 to 65 years
排除标准
- •1.patient with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •2.Coagulation disorders
- •3.known allergy to any of the study drugs
- •4.Local infection
- •5.focal neurological deficit in lower limb
