- •depression and/or anxiety disorder
排除标准
- •- Severe learning disability
- •- Brain damage
- •- Profound developmental disorder
- •- Mental disorder resulting from a medical condition or substance use disorder
- •- Ineligibility for psychotherapy due to lack of language skills
- •- Diagnosed bipolar I and II disorders
- •- diagnosed schizophrenia
- •- Current severe drug or alcohol dependence (moderate or severe substance use disorder according to DSM-5; participation after six weeks of abstinence)
- •- acute suicidal tendency
- •- BMI below 18 or above 35
- •- pharmacotherapy/ medication
