入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Women who had natural menopause at the age of 45 years and above ( < 70 years)
- •2) Patient who has been diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency <20 ng/ml
排除标准
- •1) Renal failure/liver failure/intestinal malabsorption/ seizure disorder/ antiepileptic drugs/ pancreatic disorder, on steroid therapy, cholestyramine and on hormonal replacement therapy
- •2) Any supplementation / preparation with cholecalciferol > 1000 IU/day or active vitamin D (calcitriol)
- •3) Any patient who has been receiving loading doses of cholecalciferol in the last 6 months
- •4) Not willing to give informed consent
