入选标准
- •Individuals who are 18 years or older
- •Have a diagnosis of ABI (e.g. stroke, traumatic brain injury, or hypoxic brain injury)
- •Have returned to paid employment for at least three months
- •Possess sufficient cognitive and communication abilities (Mini Mental State Examination >19)
- •Be able to communicate in English, Chinese, or Malay
- •Be residing in Singapore
排除标准
- •Diagnosis of moderate to severe dementia or significant cognitive impairment (e.g. MMSE < 19 or clinician documentation) that would limit capacity to consent or engage in an interview.
- •Moderate-to-severe aphasia or communication disorder that prevents meaningful participation in the interview, even with reasonable accommodations.
- •Current acute psychiatric condition (e.g. active psychosis, high suicide risk) or unstable medical condition where participation could pose additional risk or burden.
- •Inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent or to be audio-recorded.
