- •Babies with any of the following will be excluded:
- •- Length of umbilical cord < 25 cm
- •- Meconium stained liquor with non vigorous babies
- •- Multiple births (twins, triplets)
- •- Babies of Rh negative mothers
- •- Major congenital anomalies
- •- Cord prolapse
- •- Hydrops fetalis
- •- Cord anomalies like true knots
