- •1. Patients with fracture of femur including fracture shaft of femur and fractur neck of femur.
- •2. Patients of age between 18 to 80 years under ASA I and II
排除标准
- •1. Patients with head injury and poor GCS
- •2. Patients with pelvic fracture and bilateral femur fracture
- •3. Patients with known allergy for local anaesthetics
- •4. Patients with bleeding tendencies or raised INR
